About Accurate Plastics & Mold

Accurate Plastics & Mold Co. is a family owned business started by Jeff Reuschle in 1991. Jeff graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned an MBA in business from GA State.

Jeff entered the plastic industry in 1972 and since then has worked in this industry in several different positions, developing experience as a mold maker and designer as well as an injection molding consultant and plant manager.

Since 1991 the company has constantly grown, moving from Jeff’s home basement to a leased building in Lawrenceville, and finally, in 2006, to our new 12000 square foot facility. Accurate has grown by hiring highly skilled personnel in both mold making and injection molding and by continuously updating machinery and equipment to provide their growing customer base with the best possible service.

Recently, Jeff’s son in law Enrico Steccanella joined the Accurate
team as vice president. Enrico is a graduate of the University of Padova (Italy) with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Working for an Italian battery manufacturer, Enrico has several years of experience in production, industrial maintenance, and the international market.

The Accurate team offers its customers more than 30 years of experience in injection molding and mold making.

Almost every type of machining operation, full mold design, mold making, manufacturing and repair capability can be performed in house. All of our injection molding machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up, monitoring and process control.

Our facility is climate controlled and a clean molding facility with diligent housekeeping. Our visitors often comment that we have the cleanest shop they have seen and we are proud of our efforts in this area.
