Accurate is ISO 9000 quality compliant. We maintain quality records for all molding production and setups. In-process quality inspections are performed regularly during manufacturing and historical records are inventoried. We maintain product traceability for all of our production. We track the resin lot number, color lot, production machine, and personnel that produced the parts. Last shots are inventoried for all runs. All of our packaging labels and packing lists contain this trace information which is a simple date code that our customers can use for their informational and inventory tracking needs. |
