Injection Molding

Our facility is climate controlled and a clean molding facility with diligent housekeeping. Our visitors often comment that we have the cleanest shop they have seen and we are proud of our efforts in this area.

 

All our machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up, monitoring, and process control. We use only desiccant dryers with dew point indicators for the best processing moisture control. We use die heaters with all of our machines to maintain accurate mold temperature control.

In addition to our molding capabilities, we offer a broad range of value added secondary operations to meet our customer’s decorating, machining and assembly needs.
