Prototypes

We offer several solutions to better fit your budget and your requirements. If you are looking for prototypes that are at the same time cost competitive and of very high quality  we can offer you several different choices:

Accurate Universal Mold Assembly

 

If you are starting up a new business and need to launch your product but cannot afford the investment  of a full production mold, the UNIVERSAL MOLD ASSEMBLY may be the right solution for you. It allows you to buy only the A and B side of the mold ( in blue on the picture), which is the actual core and cavity that forms your part. The balance of the mold components  (red in the picture)  are standard components already manufactured at Accurate and interchangeable between several different molds and machines.

SLA Prototypes

 

For complex designed parts that are difficult to machine we can provide SLA prototypes. These prototypes are not always available in the design resin but this technology allows the designer to go from 3D design to a sample in few days to assist design qualification at a very reasonable cost.
