Our in house toolshop performs almost every type of machining operation, mold design, mold making and mold repair. All of our injection molding machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up, monitoring and process control. Our molders are familiar with most engineering resins and commodity resins.
Our facility is climate controlled and a clean molding facility with diligent housekeeping. Our visitors often comment that we have the cleanest shop they have seen and we are proud of our efforts in this area.
