Our facility is climate controlled. Accurate is a clean molding facility with diligent housekeeping. Our visitors comment we have the cleanest shop they have seen. We are proud of our efforts in this area. All our machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process. We use only desiccant dryers with dewpoint indicators for the best processing moisture control. We use die heaters with all of our machine to maintain accurate mold temperature control. |
