We can offer both the advantage of an in-house tool shop along with a well-developed relationship with overseas mold makers.
Our in-house tooling enables us to provide faster mold delivery and reduced down time for emergency repairs. Working with Accurate from concept to production, eliminates the potential issues that can result from using multiple suppliers for tooling and molding. Our tool shop is equipped with CNC machining centers and EDM’s. We use Solidworks for mold design and convert these designs using Surfcam to machine our molds and electrodes. Our toolmakers have over 30 years of experience with manufacturing molds.
We also offer short lead times for mold repair/revision for other injection molding companies.
