Accurate Plastics & Mold can provide prototype, preproduction, and production injection molded parts.
We recently expanded our injection molding capability by adding a 440 Ton hydraulic machine and a 330 Ton all electric machine. Our injection molding department consists of 10 injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 440 Ton clamping force, with shot sizes from 28 grams (1 oz) up to 1,287 grams (45.4 oz).
All our machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up, quality monitoring and process control. We use only desiccant dryers with dew point indicators for the best process moisture control. We closely monitor the mold temperature by using die heaters for all our injection molding machines.
Our facility is climate controlled and a clean molding facility with diligent house keeping. Our visitors often comment that we have the cleanest shop in the area.
Accurate Plastics’ associates have over 30 years experience processing a variety of polymer materials including engineering resins such as ABS, Acetal, EVA, Polyamide (Nylon), Polycarbonate, PBT, PPO, Polyphenylene Sulfide, Polysulfone, Polyurethane, SAN, TPR, Ultem, and alloys of these resins. We also mold the commodity resins such as Polystyrene, HDPE, LDPE, and Polypropylene. All of these resins are often molded filled with fiberglass or mineral additive.
In addition to our molding capabilities, we offer a broad range of value added secondary operations to meet our customer’s needs such as decorating, secondary machining, and component assembly.
