IN HOUSE MOLDMAKING

 

We can perform in house almost every type of machining operation and have full mold design, manufacturing, and repair capability.

 

To design and manufacture your molds, we take advantage of the latest CAD/CAM technology using 3D Solidworks and Surfcam Velocity software.

 

We are specialists in Prototype and Short Run Tooling, using 7075 Aluminum and P-20 Steel. This results in less costly molds, faster tool turnaround, and easier engineering changes for design revisions.

TOOLING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

 

Our expertise in injection molding and our in house machining capability make us the best choice for tooling repairs and design revisions. Accurate’s customers include other molders from our area.

OVERSEAS CAPABILITY

 

Through the years we have developed close relationships with overseas mold manufacturers. This allows us to offer a full range of very competitive products and services, from China grade molds, prototype tooling , pre-assembled  multi-components parts and engineering services.

We maintain total control of mold design and specifications to guarantee that the our overseas tools will be built to Accurate’s high standards of quality

Our Toolmakers have over 30 years experience producing quality aircraft grade aluminum tooling for short-run from 50,000 up to 500,000 parts.

Our production molds are designed and built for low maintenance and high quality part production. Precision molds are constructed of  S7, 420-SS and H-13 steels for long life.
